Purpose: The recruiter - sourcer in this role will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process for in-house hiring. The professional will be involved in the screening and selection process. Key Responsibilities • Identifying talent through recruitment sources, screening candidates, conducting interviews • Ability to manage high volume hiring, with excellent evaluation skills • Rapport Building with candidates and follow-ups • Assist in updating and revisiting position profiles based on business needs • Scheduling for face-to-face interviews • Build networks through community / college / government agencies initiatives • Utilising varied tools and platforms for recruiting • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need Requirements • You possess 1 year of recruitment experience or have a diploma / degree in HR • You are results driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Superior customer service skills, including exceptional telephone etiquette • Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner • Sense of urgency and dedication to goals and deadlines • Flexibility in work hours as required to meet the demands of a recruiting deadline
