Job Description
What you will do: • Employee Relations: Communicate any HR updates to employees, act as a point of contact for employees; handle all employee relation issues and assists in counselling and corrective actions, submit reports, respond to employee queries regarding company policies, practices, programs, and processes relating to the employee experience, lead and manage employee recognition / engagement programs • Assist with employee onboarding by providing orientation materials, presentations and preparing employment contracts. • Develop and implement HR policies and projects in onboarding, talent management, organizational and employee performance, employee engagement and culture, leadership, communication, legislative compliance, etc. • Maintain HRIS system: Responsible for administering all hiring, terminating, transfers and maintenance of all employee information on the HRIS system. Conduct periodic audit of HRIS database for ensuring data accuracy by analyzing reports • Update HRIS and working with employees on maternity leaves, LOA, leaves, etc. • Create reports or presentations on HR metric (turn-over rates, LOA, benefit entitlement, etc.) • Assisting with internal investigations • Other duties as assigned
