Job Description
Concierge Security Guard Responsibilities: • Patrolling inside and outside as required, keeping the building secure • Controlling all vehicles and pedestrian traffic entering the property • Greet direct, sign in guest(s) and answer pertinent questions • Monitor security cameras • Issue and receipt of keys to trades, building staff and contractors • Operate security equipment/systems, computers, radios and phones • Ensure that the Condominium Safety and Emergency Procedures are followed in response to Fire Alarms and other Site Emergencies • Create assigned reports Concierge Security Guard Requirements: • Able to work all shifts (this means nights, afternoons, evenings & weekends, rotational shifts) • Proficient communication skills (English - written and verbal) • Experience as a Concierge Security Guard (experience in a condominium and/or hotel considered an asset) • Proficiency with computers and MS Office • Team player - positive, honest and motivated What we Offer: • Market-leading wages and career growth opportunities • Accommodating shift schedules • The option of joining a medical health plan • Quarterly performance bonus • Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $14.50 to $16.00 /hour - Negotiable
